Return Policy

At Golf & Ski, we try to help you find the best products to meet your individual needs. We realize, however, that from time to time circumstances change or what you think makes sense today may not make sense tomorrow.

If you find that an item you purchased does not meet your needs, we will work with you to try to find the best solution possible.

Return Policy Guidelines

  • All returns must be accompanied by a receipt
  • All returns must be in new condition
  • Returns within 14 days of the original purchase date may be issued a refund
  • Returns within 15 to 30 days of the original purchase date may be exchanged or will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the purchase price
  • Returns after 30 days will be issued a store credit for the current selling price of the item
  • Items purchased as a holiday gift between Thanksgiving and Christmas will be issued a store credit for the original purchase price through January 15th
  • Returns not accompanied by a receipt will be issued a store credit for the current selling price of the item
  • We cannot accept items that were not purchased at one of our stores
  • Items that have been used and can be resold will be issued a store credit for the current value of comparable used equipment
  • Items that have been used and cannot be resold are not eligible to be returned
  • Manufacturers’ warranties will be honored whenever possible
  • Gift cards and eGift Certificates are not redeemable for cash
